I love the Capital Area Greenbelt but often wished it was longer and crossed the Susquehanna River. Ideally, I would love to be able to walk from Mechanicsburg to Harrisburg and North Harrisburg to Middletown all on pedestrian-friendly sidewalks. Yes, I know you could technically do this while walking on the road but sidewalks are much safer. Here's an initial outline along with gaps in the routes.
